Giants' Hakeem Nicks To Practice Thursday Night

ALBANY (WFAN/AP) - New York Giants' wide receiver Hakeem Nicks did not practice with the team this morning - but will hit the field for tonight's session, NY Daily News' Ralph Vacchiano reports.

"We'll see how far he can go," reported Giants head coach Tom Coughlin.

The team says Nicks has had two MRIs since hyperextending his knee in practice on Tuesday, and neither showed any significant injury.

The Giants' first-round draft pick last year had the second MRI performed on Wednesday at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, where he was examined by team surgeon Dr. Russell Warren.

Pro-bowl center Shaun O'Hara did not practice, and remains sidelined with an injured ankle. The Giants are reportedly hoping for O'Hara to return to practice on Monday.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
