Police Trying To Identify Elderly Woman Found in Queens

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — New York City police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify an elderly woman who was found in Queens.

On Tuesday night, authorities say the woman — thought to be around 70-years-old — was found walking in the vicinity of Queens Blvd. and 49th Street.

She is described as white, 5’0” and 100 pounds.  The woman was wearing a blue jacket with a red dress and red shoes when she was found.

Anyone who can identify her is asked to call police at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).

    Thankfully has has been identified. She is my friend’s grandmother who went missing on Tuesday morning from roselle, NJ

    If the police were serious about finding her identity, wouldn’t they use a better photo? It’s not like they don’t have her in custody already. Or did someone sneeze on the camera lens?
