Slater Reports Robbery From Queens Home

BELLE HARBOR, N.Y. (CBS 2) — Looks like Steven Slater won’t be using a bike to make any grand getaways anytime soon.

The JetBlue flight attendant who had that infamous meltdown is not only charged with several crimes – he claims he’s now also the victim of one.

Steven Slater filed a police report Wednesday claiming someone stole two bikes from his Queens home.

He says the bikes had been chained up, but disappeared overnight.

Slater says he thinks the theft is random and not a result of his new notoriety.

Now I know why his face is so familiar. Check out the early photos of Ron Howard from “Happy Days”. Although this idiot couldn’t hold a candle to Ron.

  • RJ

I think he should spend more time looking for a new JOB

  • Jtorres

It was interesting when he went off the deep end on the flight he was working but it’s been over a week and his fifteen minutes are up

You have to complain if an article is not worth your time otherwise how the heck the reporter / station knows without getting feedback? Lately CBS articles have good headlines but terrible reporting and some of the topics are just like this. Nonsense and I don’t care but since its on the frontpage, I will read it!

    Dear Mr. Slater,

    Please stop breathing.

I think this is more than enough noteriety for abandoning your post while drunk

  • Mari N.

I agree with you Shiney. This idiot has received enough attention already. I pay attention to the news but some items are just not worth my time.

    • Ash

So why did you waste time reading it, then the comments and then posting?

  • Johng

Why? Well, because of his recent notoriety. Did you miss it? Try paying attention.

  • stan zlotnick

The guy’s a flake, but there is something about his face that’s mind sticking. He should be a character actor in commercials.

  • Shiney

    and this is news why?
