Westchester Man Accused Of Videotaping Minors In Bathroom

NEW YORK (AP) -- A New York man accused of videotaping himself in a sex act with an 11-year-old boy faces additional charges after police say he taped boys using the bathroom in his store.

Police in the village of Ossining charged Josue Enamorado with 12 counts of unlawful surveillance for videotaping four teenage boys with a camera mounted in the bathroom of his cell phone store. He was arraigned on the charges earlier this month.

Authorities say the footage did not involve sex acts.

The Westchester district attorney's office says Enamorado was first arrested in June in connection with a video showing the alleged rape with an 11 year old. He's been charged with criminal sexual act and other charges in that case.

Enamorado's being held without bail at Westchester County Jail.

His attorney's name was not immediately on record.
