Young Rockland County Man Dies On Cruise Ship
SPRING VALLEY, NY (WCBS 880) - Police in Miami say 21-year-old Kevin Edouard from Spring Valley, New York died while on board a Norwegian cruise ship.
His exact cause of death is unclear, but the CBS affiliate in Miami is reporting that Edouard suffered a heart attack after having an allergic reaction to food.
Following Edouard's death, the ship returned to the Port of Miami just hours after it had departed for a seven-day cruise to the Caribbean.
WCBS 880 reporter Catherine Cioffi reports that calls to Norwegian Cruise Line have not been returned.
