BAYONNE, N.J. (CBS 2) — In New Jersey, a frightening accident snarled traffic at the height of the morning rush.

A cement truck overturned on Route 440 in Bayonne just after 8:30 a.m.

Firefighters had to remove the vehicle’s roof to pull the driver to safety. He was reportedly taken to the hospital with injuries to his ribs and chest.
