NYPD Looking For Attempted Bank Robbery Suspect
NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- The NYPD was looking for a Brooklyn bank robber who apparently had a change of heart.
Investigators said the man, caught on surveillance, walked into the Atlas Bank on Fifth Avenue in Greenwood Heights last Tuesday morning.
He gave a teller a note demanding money, but when the teller questioned him about it, the suspect walked out.
Police describe the suspect as 20 to 25-years-old, about 5'8" and 170 lbs., with blue eyes and brown hair.
