Storm Causing Transportation Delays

Subway Service: Currently, there are no problems reported.

Long Island Rail Road: The LIRR has restored most service between Penn Station and Jamaica station, but the Port Washington Branch is still suspended in both directions.

Airports: The storm is causing delays at Newark Liberty International Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport and LaGuardia Airport.  Passengers are being advised to call ahead and check with their airlines for further information.

    i was stuck in L.I.E. for hours, usually it just takes 15 mins from Elmhurst to Flushing by bus, today it took me 2 hours and i could not make it to school. At the end, I had to walk all the way along the highway to get back home, becuz all bus were stacking on the highway or local……….
