NEW YORK (CBS 2) — If your weekend plans involve the subway, factor in some extra time.
System upgrades were affecting service on almost every line.
Disruptions were to last through Monday morning on all of the numbered lines as well as the A, C, D, E, L, N, Q, R, and S.
