NEW YORK (WFAN/AP) — Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten joined Boomer & Carton Friday to preview Monday’s match-up against the New York Giants.

Dallas can make inroads in the NFC East on Monday with a win over the New York Giants, who finally get to play a division opponent seven weeks into the season.

“It’s been a rough 4 or 5 weeks, but we’re going to turn it around I hope,” Witten said. “We’re positive, we’re encouraged, because we really feel like we are a good team.”

Dallas is 0-2 at home and lost to the Giants in the debut of their $1.2 billion stadium last year.
