NEWARK, N.J. (CBS 2) — Hundreds of New Jersey teachers are recovering from a health coverage scare.
About 800 teachers in Paterson and Newark were without health coverage for four months due to a clerical error.
Paterson’s teachers have had their coverage restored and a spokesperson for the city’s Education Association said all covered expenses will be paid.
Some Newark teachers, however, were still waiting for their coverage to be restored.
