Jury Selection To Begin In Wife Hitman Plot Trial
NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- Jury selection was scheduled to begin Tuesday in the trial of Susan Williams, the Garden City woman accused of trying to hire a hitman to kill her husband.
Prosecutors said Williams was having affairs with her husband's brother and her former boss.
A Nassau County judge on Monday ruled she will have to answer questions about the alleged affairs if she takes the stand.
The mother of four could face up to 25 years behind bars, if convicted.
