"Fall color is just spectacular and people love to come and see that," Historic Hudson Valley's Rob Schweitzer told WCBS 880 reporter Catherine Cioffi.
Since 1994, Kykuit has been part of Historic Hudson Valley and, while it's open to visitors all year, Schweitzer says October is when it gets really busy.
Schweitzer says, "We are up 40% in visitation over September."
