Rutgers’ Accused Students Withdraw From University

NEW YORK (CBS 2) – The two Rutgers students accused of webcasting a classmate’s romantic encounter withdrew from the school this week.

Days after the incident, freshman Tyler Clementi jumped to his death off the George Washington Bridge.

Clementi’s roommate, Dharun Ravi, and fellow student Molly Wei have been charged with felony invasion of privacy.

Ravi said he’ll attend school somewhere else. Wei’s plans remain unclear.
