NEW YORK (CBS 2) – The wildest and largest public Halloween celebration in the nation is here.
The 38th annual Village Halloween Parade will kick off at 7 p.m. Sunday.
The event features giant puppets, 53 bands, dancers and people dressed in costumes.
The procession is on Sixth Avenue from Spring Street to 15th Street.
