Newburgh Police Investigate Double Homicide

NEWBURGH, N.Y. (AP) — Police in the city of Newburgh are investigating a double homicide after the bodies of two men were found in a house in the Hudson River city.

Newburgh police say the bodies of the two men were found Thursday night.

Police say a vehicle belonging to a missing person was located outside the house and officers went looking for the operator. They found a vacant house unlocked, went inside and found the two men dead of apparent gun shot wounds. No other people were inside.

The names of the victims have not been released yet.

    This is the ghetto!! I doubt a lovers spat. Definately gang related or a drug deal gone bad. Not the first murder in Newburgh and it won’t be last unless they step up and clean up the streets. They have tried before and as always it half @$$
