Officials Want Diner Shooting Suspect Back In NYC

NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- The man suspected of murdering  a customer at a crowded Manhattan diner faces extradition from North Carolina Monday.

Earl Barranco, 24, was arrested Saturday night at the Charlotte Bobcats basketball game against the Orlando Magic.

Police said Barranco shot and killed 28-year-old Corey Scott in October at the "Good Stuff Diner" in Chelsea.

The men reportedly knew each other and had gotten into an argument over a debt.
