NEW YORK (CBS 2) – Governor-elect Andrew Cuomo said that the trial for the professed mastermind of the Sept. 11 attacks should not be held in New York state.

Cuomo told reporters this week he will advocate forcefully to keep the case out of the state altogether.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, meanwhile, said the Obama administration is close to a decision on where to prosecute Khalid Sheik Mohammed and four alleged accomplices.
