Giants' Thomas On WFAN: Eagles' Weakness Is Defense

NEW YORK (WFAN) -- Giants cornerback Terrell Thomas joined the Boomer & Carton program Wednesday to recap a tough loss to the Dallas Cowboys,  and previews Week 11's match-up against Michael Vick and the Philadelphia Eagles.

"We just started slow. We didn't execute. They attacked us, we were in position to make plays, and we didn't," Thomas said. "Our communication was very limited. We didn't play on all cylinders. We gave ourselves an opportunity to come back but it was a little bit too late."

On his brutal afternoon against Dallas Cowboys WR Dez Bryant:

"He's a great player. He made plays, I didn't, and it happens that way sometimes."

On taking on the Philadelphia Eagles this Sunday:

"They're very explosive right now," said Thomas. "I think their weakness is their defense. "

"Our offense has to do a great job of having ball control, not turning the ball over, and keeping their offense off the field."

On the resurgence of Eagles QB Michael Vick:

"It's great to see the way he's coming back, after all the things he's been through," said the Giants' cornerback.

"He was always one of my favorite players. I'm excited to play against him... It's good to see him back out there making plays."
