The ads offering a trial period of an item that insinuate it is free should be taken off the air!! I am referring in particular to the ad on WINS radio offering a trial period of Right Size Smoothies with free shipping and handling and gift card, blender bottle and recipe booklet. Only upon calling the 800 number are you told that there is a “one time payment of $18.80″. Well that’s not FREE!!!! Listen to the ad itself and I am sure that you will agree that it is misleading!!!! NOW THAT I MOUTHED OFF TO MONTONE I FEEL BETTER!!

I can’t find any other way to contact 1010 wins, so here goes. To the traffic reporters, esp, The word ‘Rock-a-way’ is pronounced w/ 3 syllables. I had lived 3 blocks from Rock-a-way Ave in Bklyn for 11 yrs & several blocks from Rock-a-way Pkway. I have gone to Rock-a-way Beach many times. The sound of the “a” is as of a schwa. It’s very similar to the sound of the “a’ in the word ‘comma’. For verification, ‘look it up’. CORRECT YOUR PRONUNCIATION!
