Fire At South Jersey Golf Club Declared Arson
DEPTFORD, N.J. (AP) -- Investigators said a fire at a southern New Jersey golf club was intentionally set.
Flames swept through the abandoned former Maple Ridge Country Club pro shop in Deptford early Sunday.
The Courier-Post of Cherry Hill reported it took 90 minutes for firefighters to get the upper hand.
No one was injured and no arrests have been made.
Maple Ridge was previously known as Tall Pines Country Club and Ron Jaworski's Eagles Nest Country Club.
