Brandon Jacobs, Ahmad Bradshaw, and the New York Giants ran all over the Washington Redskins Sunday in a convincing 31-7 win. Big Blue’s defense forced 6 turnovers, giving Donovan McNabb’s squad little chance to chip away at the expanding lead.

The Vikings are up next for the G-Men, and after injuring his shoulder, Brett Favre’s status under center for the Vikes seems uncertain.

On to Monday night’s big game: Jets-Patriots for sole possession of the AFC East lead. The Jets were delivered a blow coming into the weekend, with news of Jim Leonhard out for the season with a broken leg. Who will come out on top Monday night?

All that, the Yankees and Derek Jeter reach an agreement, Cliff Lee in Brian Cashman’s crosshairs, Jayson Werth signs with the Nationals, Sandy Alderson’s comments at the Winter Meetings, and more on today’s radio program…

Maybe it’s time to calm down on the Eli bashing and Sanchez hailing gentlemen. Let’s not forget that Eli has taken his team to the big game and won (against a much better Pats team than the one that blew the Jets out yesterday). His numbers would be 23 td’s and 9 picks if not for 7 tipped balls. Until Mark Sanchez atleast just gets to a Superbowl then it’s not even close in the debate…..Eli is king of NY QB’s.
