Ihedigbo Out Sunday With Leg Injury

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) — New York safety James Ihedigbo will not play Sunday as the Jets play host to the Miami Dolphins (6-6) because of an injured right leg.

Ihedigbo has not practiced all week after suffering a high ankle sprain and injury to the medial collateral ligament in the knee in the Jets' 45-3 loss to New England Monday. He says he's "not going to miss too much," and hopes to return next week.

Coach Rex Ryan says right tackle Damien Woody did not practice as he recovers from a sprained right MCL, suffered against Houston on Nov. 21. He has played in both games since, but Ryan says the injury "might be a little worse" and Woody is questionable.

Wide receiver Santonio Holmes (back) was an addition to the injury report, but will play for the Jets (9-3).
