Westchester County Offers Two-Day Financial Helpline
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (WCBS 880) -- Westchester County and United Way are teaming up to offer a financial helpline to give free and reliable advice on any and all money matters.
Residents who need help balancing a budget or advice on how to pay for their kids' college tuition will have some help this week, reports WCBS 880's Catherine Cioffi.

On Tuesday, December 14 and Wednesday, December 15, residents can dial United Way's 2-1-1 help line, where callers on the other end will have free tips on topics from planning retirement to avoiding foreclosure.
The experts will come from local banks and credit unions, financial associations, and nonprofit financial education agencies.
The phone lines will be open from 4 a.m. until 8 p.m. on both days.
