NEW YORK (WFAN) – New York Jets safety James Ihedigbo joined Boomer & Carton on Monday to recap Sunday’s nail-biting 22-17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Jets are on the verge of clinching an AFC playoff berth after a win that appeared to be slipping away in the fourth quarter.

“Rex asked us in the huddle, he’s like, ‘What do you guys want to do? Do you want to all-out blitz or do you want to just play plaster defense?’ And Darrelle Revis was like, ‘Let’s play plaster defense, let’s cover them up,'” Ihedigbo said.

“We’re very comfortable doing that, it’s something we worked on all week.”
