Police Arrest Woman After Accident On L.I.
CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (CBS 2) -- There was another case of DWI involving a parent driving with children Wednesday.
A woman was picked up in Suffolk County after, police said, she caused a multi-car accident.
Investigators said her three children were riding with her.
The incident comes less than a week after the first anniversary of Leandra's Law taking effect.
The law makes it a felony to drive drunk with children in the car.
