Suspended Sentence For Teacher Who Spanked Student

ENFIELD, CT (AP) – An Enfield High School teacher who had faced sexual assault charges for spanking a misbehaving female student has been sentenced on reduced charges.

The Journal-Inquirer reports that 54-year-old Francis Hajosy received a three-month suspended sentence and one year of probation on Tuesday after pleading no contest to misdemeanor breach of peace. A charge of fourth-degree sexual assault was dropped.

Authorities say the student was struck four times on the buttocks in June after putting her feet on a desk and shooting some spray glue into the air.

Hajosy’s lawyer says his client will also voluntarily stay away from the girl and her family.

Hajosy, of Stafford, was placed on paid leave after his arrest in July.

That’s why you’ll never teach anyone, including your own. Beating people is stupid, and so are you, and so will your children be. Stupid adults breed violent kids. There must be a whole lot of STUPID in your family, smacked down from one generation to the next. You’d do well not to have kids or even go near any with your violent fantasies of beating kids. The world has changed. If you act on your perverse urges to assault kids, you will go to jail. This is 2011, not 1911. You can’t beat kids anymore.

I think we should bring in the spanking of adults. Instead of a traffic ticket, drop your drawers right there for belt lashes. I mean you must have been brought up without any discipline at home if you’re out there breaking the driving rules, right? Adults should know better than children, right? Leave the kids alone. Spank stupid adults instead. And make sure that the biggest, meanest sob you can find administers the spanking. Adults are are 2 to 4 times as big as children. You need a really big adult to teach adults a better lesson. Why limit fascism to just the home? environment? Let’s bring back spanking at work as well. Missed too many days at work? Okay, you get a spanking to teach you about skipping work. Talking back to your supervisor? DROP “EM.
If it works for kids it should work better on adults.

Prisoners in jail should also get a good spanking, maybe everyday. If spanking is a great teacher, why have books, colleges or universities? Just spank them and they’ll get smarter with every whack.

I guess what I’m really trying to say is you people seem really stupid and uneducated yourselves about this issue. Maybe you need a good spanking to smarten you up on this issue.

    Not all teachers are “hers”

  4. Dalele Blanc says:

Yeap. In fact, did you know that Currently, many insurance companies do not allow adult children to remain on their parents’ plan once they reach 19. Companies cannot do that any more. Search onilne for “Wise Health Insurance” and you can insure your kids if you are in the same boat.

  5. Captain Obvious says:

The student and parents should sue. This is an opportunity for free money. It is like hitting the lottery.

    1. Cookie says:

@ Captain Obviously stupid. Why is it the first thing people want to do is sue. Someone should be giving this teacher a medal. The kids in school today are out of control. Teachers are not babysitters they are there to teach.

  6. Dave O says:

Good!! They need to bring the paddle back in the classroom…Teach some respect that has been lost when they were removed….Put a stop to a lot of these out of control kids…Y do U think they are that way??? Lack of discipline & consequences…Paddle that ass a few times & watch the attitude change!!

Hey Dave, I think you’re the one that needs a good paddling. That paddle never taught anyone anything like respect: it teaches fear and makes you stupid. In the 21st century, most people agree that hitting kids is wrong, and it is illegal in many countries now. The USA will follow suit soon. What are you going to then if you can’t come up with something more respectful than beating people into submission. If you can’t understand that, maybe you should bend over so I can smarten your stupid ass up.

I wonder if she had a cute butt…

  8. Gabe says:

One day she’ll learn. What goes around comes around.

    1. HEAD INJURY? says:

What will it take to teach dim-witted sheeple like yourself that adults hitting kids is wrong? You must have been smacked in the head once to often.

  9. jtorres says:

While I don’t think a teacher has a right to mete out corporal punishment, this is her parent’s fault. If they had taught her discipline and respect she wouldn’t be such a brat. Punishing the teacher while leting her skate on the behavior that brought about the problem just reinforces her thinking that she can do whatever she pleases and there are no consequences.

    1. . says:

I doubt that is what she has learned. She has probably learned, hopefully, that she is a human being who deserves to be treated with respect, not hatred. Because that’s what spanking says to a kid: it says I hate you, I’m out of control, your body is owned by me, and you have no human rights. I hope you never have or had kids. One thing America doesn’t need is more morons like yourself calling kids insulting names like brat and so on. But it’s not your fault that you can’t think clearly. Someone has clearly beaten the common sense right out of you.

  10. John Zaffino says:

How ridiculous! This guy is charged and the misbehaving student is… what? Given nothing? How damned politically correct can you get. The damned brat needed to be paddled.

You need to be paddled John because your brain is stuck somewhere in the early part of last century. Politically correct? Hardly. People who attack other people go to jail, and now the law is finally being used to protect kids from unwarranted attacks by last century’s dinosaurs. Do the world a favour John, and don’t have kids. They’ll just end up like you, and that would eventually land them in jail for assault. Try reading a book John, about parenting, but make sure its early than 19th century, because that is where your brain is stuck. And stop calling kids prejudicial names like “brat.” It makes you sound like a bitter, out of control child hater.
