Soravilla says 21-year-old Nadia Savarese was following her older sister, 25-year-old Deanna Savarese, home when the older Savarese hit two light poles.
"Police arrived to investigate the accident and the driver was arrested for DWI and the sister who was following her was also at the scene. They investigated her condition and she was also arrested for driving while intoxicated," says Soravilla.
The two are due back in court at the end of January.
