Firefighters Contain Motel Blaze In N.J.

HACKENSACK, N.J. (CBS 2) — A single-room fire at a New Jersey motel nearly razed a building Tuesday.

Flames spread through much of the top floor of a Super-8 in South Hackensack before being contained.

One guest suffered burns and two firefighters suffered minor injuries.

The cause was under investigation.
