Schwartz: Jets' Coleman 'Fully Expects' To Play

NEW YORK (WFAN/AP) -- The New York Jets won't be down a defensive back against New England on Sunday.

According to WFAN's Peter Schwartz, Jets cornerback Drew Coleman "fully expects" to play against the Patriots.

Coleman, the team's nickel back and a key special teams player, injured a knee late in practice Thursday.

Schwartz cited an unnamed Jets source.

"I just spoke to a source, he had an MRI yesterday on the knee, it showed nothing, he's fine, walking around, felt great yesterday, and he fully expects to play on Sunday against the Patriots," reported Schwartz.
