E. Harlem Water Main Break Causes Traffic Headache

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A major water main break from a 12 inch pipe in East Harlem Sunday morning was to blame for traffic delays on the FDR Drive.

Officials from the Department of Environmental Protection said crews shut the water off around 10 a.m. and still have no idea what caused the break.

Traffic problems continue to persist on the southbound side.
