NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Commuters in Brooklyn using the F and G trains could be facing some added inconvenience starting Monday.

The MTA said there will be no Manhattan-bound F Train or Queens-bound G Train service from both 15 St-Prospect Park and Fort Hamilton Pkwy stations.

In addition, there will be no Manhattan-bound F Train service from Smith-9 Sts Station.

The service changes — which will be in place through May — were being made to make repairs and improvements, including renewing tracks, signals and switches along with restoring platforms, the MTA said.
