Pubic Hair In Cop’s Bagel Gets Ex-Cook Jail Time

EVESHAM, N.J. (AP) — A former cook at a southern New Jersey restaurant is getting 15 days in jail for adding an unwelcome ingredient to a police officer’s sandwich.

Ryan Burke, 27, admitted putting his own pubic and chest hairs in the bagel sandwich in February 2010. He pleaded guilty to aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and retaliation for a past official action.

The Courier-Post of Cherry Hill reports a judge sentenced Burke last week to 15 days in prison, to be served on weekends.

He was also ordered to serve two years of probation.

Authorities said the Evesham police officer had previously stopped Burke for a traffic violation.

I think they should make him eat a bagel sandwich with pubic hair on it…if we started punishing to the same extent as the crimes there would be less crime!

  7. Jerry_Leigh says:

He should’ve pled “Not guilty” and appealed all the way to the Supreme Court. Justice Thomas would’ve gotten him off.

    Food Registry?

Having a list of banned cooks made available to the public? Politicians make stupid lists like Pet Abusers Registries but nothing for poisoning.
