Are you ready, Jets fans? Here we go, we’re merely two days away from Gang Green’s chance to beat down the Pittsburgh Steelers and finally make it back to the Super Bowl. Pittsburgh is favored, Troy Polamalu is scary good, Nick Folk is anything but solid, and the Jets haven’t been to the big dance since 1969… so are you at all worried?

Mayor Michael Bloomberg held a rally for the Jets on Thursday night in Times Square, and let’s just say, chants of  ”J-E-T-S, Jets! Jets! Jets!” quickly turned to “PLOW OUR STREETS!”

Boomer & Carton are certainly pumped up for Sunday’s AFC Championship Game, punctuated by Craigie’s 23-0 shut out prediction earlier this week. The guys welcomed a bevy of Jets guests to the show on Friday morning, including safety James Ihedigbo, cornerback Drew Coleman, legends Joe Klecko and Curtis Martin, and Jets super-fan “Fireman Ed” Anzalone.

All that, Al Dukes’ new AFC Championship song, and more on today’s radio program…
