Jets' Westhoff: Brad Smith 'Absolutely' Will Play Sunday

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (WFAN/AP) — New York Jets linebacker Jason Taylor has returned to practice on a limited basis, and wide receiver-kick returner Brad Smith is expected to play in the AFC championship game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Taylor sat out practice Wednesday while recovering from a concussion, but was back Thursday. He was injured in the second half of New York's win at New England on Sunday.

Special teams coordinator Mike Westhoff said Smith "absolutely" will return kicks Sunday night — barring a setback — after missing the game against the Patriots with a strained groin. He was injured in New York's win at Indianapolis in the opening round of the playoffs.

Smith was limited for the second straight day, but Westhoff said he "looked good."
