Tiger Woods Off To Worst Ever Season Debut

SAN DIEGO (AP) — Tiger Woods started a new year with his worst season debut.

Woods finished a forgettable week at the Farmers Insurance Open on Sunday by closing with a 3-over 75, ending his five-tournament winning streak at Torrey Pines and finishing in the middle of the pack.

He has never finished out of the top 10 in stroke play to start a new season. Woods was out of the top 40 as the final round still had a few hours remaining.

Woods says he started the week swinging well and it progressively became worse. He heads back to the practice range next week before going to the Middle East for the Dubai Desert Classic, a tournament where he has won twice and never finished out of the top five.

Woods had never finished worst than 10th at Torrey Pines until Sunday.

I couldn’t be happier for Tiger, he is getting his due. Hopefully, he’ll lose more of his endorsement deals.

    He’s done!

To me it just seems to reafirm the old adage ” the bigger you are the harder you fall” I think he is washed up !

To those of you who may be feeling sorry for Tiger, remember he wouldnt even give the average fan a look or the time of day> he would step right over you rather than give an autograph F’em.

He’s was always to good and a stuck up . The players aren’t intimidated anymore, and if or when he does win it shouldn’t matter because it’s been over due. And ESPN wake up and stop showing tiger woods highlights hole by hole and shot after shot. There is players out there that work hard and deserve more recognition.
