For Sale: Former Staten Island Ferry Boat Listed On eBay

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Got at least $500,000 and a really, really big pool?

A former Staten Island Ferry boat, named Staten Island Gov. Herbert H. Lehman , is available on eBay.

According to the listing, the Kennedy class ferry would make an ideal casino or private club: it can carry up to 3,500 passengers and 40 vehicles.

It was built in 1965 for $42 million - bidding starts at $500,000, so you might get it for a steal.

Photos show some slight discoloration where the ferry's official logo used to hang.

The Lehman retired in 2007.

Delivery is not included in the sale, which concludes Friday at 5:15 pm.
