Local NJ Paper Double Effort On Statehouse Coverage

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) – During a time when newspapers are shrinking or shutting down, the Star-Ledger is doubling their staff covering the statehouse.

Star-Ledger’s Tom Moran explained to WCBS Anchor Wayne Cabot how the news organization was able to fund the extra coverage and what their plan is on covering the statehouse now that Governor Christie has “boycotted” the editorial page.

Moran says for the paper, Trenton is the place to be in New Jersey
