For the second day in a row, the Tri-State area welcomed a superstar to the local NBA mix. Deron Williams managed to impress during his introductory press conference Thursday, despite being coy about his future with the club beyond 2012.

Donnie Walsh admitted he had no idea Utah and New Jersey were talking about trading Williams. As we learned yesterday from Avery Johnson, that’s exactly the way the Nets wanted it.

We don’t know whether Deron will lead the Nets to the promised land. But apparently we know how next year’s Super Bowl will end up, thanks to one Rex Ryan. New York’s brash head coach declared Thursday that the Jets will win it all next season. Do you agree?
