New York City will experience a high of 39 degrees—5 below average—and a low of 30 degrees with fair skies all throughout the day. Similar conditions are expected across the Tri-State as temperatures remain below normal.
While the skies are expected to remain clear, a system is moving in from the west that may bring rain and a possible coating overnight. The mostly cloudy conditions and lingering risks of showers are expected to be gone by the morning.
