NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – The final weekend of February will end on a much warmer note than what the Tri-State has been used to this winter.
Clear skies will keep temperatures warm, hovering around 40 degrees in the morning before reaching a high of 49 degrees.

The winds are light and variable as any morning clouds will move out of the area, but a system is building and moving into the area. That system is expected to start sending clouds in the area by nighttime and rain is expected to be a factor in Monday’s morning commute.
That rain could be heavy and is likely to be off and on throughout the day.
