NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – The daughter of rocker Keith Richards was arrested after being spotted painting graffiti on the side of a Manhattan building, police said.

In addition to graffiti charges, Theodora Richards, 25, will face charges for possessing marijuana and Xanax pills, WCBS 880′s Irene Cornell reports. She will be arraigned Wednesday afternoon in Manhattan criminal court.

Officers spotted the model painting graffiti on the side of St. Anthony’s Convent in SoHo around 10:45 p.m. Tuesday night. Police say Richards wrote “T♥A” on the building.

No one else was arrested.

Keith Richards has four children.

Theodora Richards has worked as a model for Burberry and Tommy Hilfiger. She lives in SoHo.

Congratulations to the police officers wo were able to catch her in the act. I am glad to see that former Mayor Guliani’s strategy of not tolerating “small crime” is still being implemented. This strategy is based on the notion that if you rid a neighborhood of “small crime” such as vandalism, graffiti, petty theft, etc.,then you drastically reduce the chance of more serious crime occuring. This philosophy can be carried over to your personal life. If you live and work in a clean and neat environment, this reduces the chance of negative things happening (like anger,depression, hopelessness, etc)
