NEW YORK (WCBS 880) – It’s one of those unfolding events leading up to an arrest we’ll probably end up seeing on a crime show.

A man who has been wanted in connection with rapes up and down the East Coast for the past 10 years, is caught by an alleged bicycle theft and a cigarette butt.
