Bill Clinton To Speak At NYU Commencement

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Students graduating from New York University will be joined at commencement ceremonies this year by a number of high-profile names.

NYU said former President Bill Clinton will be speaking to the crowd at Yankee Stadium on May 18. He's getting an honorary doctorate.

Others getting honorary degrees include music industry legend Clive Davis.

The school was giving Kenneth Feinberg its Albert Gallatin Medal for Outstanding Contributions to Society. Feinberg has acted as administrator of the Sept. 11 victims' compensation fund and the BP oil spill fund.

Restaurateur Danny Meyer will be given the Lewis Rudin Award for Exemplary Service to New York City.
