Granderson Out With Strained Muscle

SARASOTA, Fla. (AP) — WFAN's Sweeny Murti is reporting that Yankees center fielder Curtis Granderson is out of the lineup because of a strained oblique muscle on the right side of his upper body.

Granderson was set to hit leadoff in Tuesday's exhibition game against Baltimore. He was removed from the lineup after batting practice and replaced by Melky Mesa.
