Ivanka's Accused Stalker Claims 'Aliens Made Me Do It'

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) - Ivanka Trump's accused stalker is once again facing charges of creeping on the heiress.

Justin Massler, 28, is back in jail in New York charged with stalking Trump. He skipped out on two court dates, was a fugitive for two months and found homeless in Los Angeles. He was tracked down by Manhattan District Attorney investigators and his bail bondsman.

Massler, who gives his address as "A Volcano in Hawaii," was keeping himself busy by posting bizarre videos to YouTube where he expounds on his claim he is a victim of alien mind-control.

As for the charges he harassed Trump with creepy emails, Twitters and letters, Massler said the aliens made him do it.

Massler says in one of his YouTube rants he doesn't think he has to go to jail, or to a psych ward because if my mind is controlled by aliens the drugs won't work and I'm not really guilty anyway.

Massler is upset no one wants to consider his alien defense angle.

Trump, 29, married New York Observer owner Jared Kushner  in 2009 and announced she was pregnant with her first child in January.
