Cops Looking For Manhattan Suspect Wanted In Attempted Rape

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police in New York City are seeking the public's assistance in finding a suspect wanted in connection with an attempted rape that occurred in Manhattan.

Authorities said the suspect followed a 24-year-old woman into her apartment and once inside grabbed the victim around the neck. He then instructed the woman to get undressed and when she refused, police said the suspect fled the scene.

The suspect is said to be a man in his 30's between 5'10'' and 6'0'' tall with a bald head.
