City Employee Arrested For Driving While Intoxicated

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Police arrested a city employee for drunken driving on early Sunday morning.

Police said Brian Baba, of the New York City Department of Sanitation, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at 1:47 a.m.

The incident happened in the 60th Precinct.
