Woman Raped At Nissequogue River State Park On Long Island

KING'S PARK, NY (WCBS 880) - A brutal crime has occurred at the normally peaceful Nissequogue River State Park in King's Park, Long Island.

A 20-year-old woman was walking on the bike path when she was attacked and raped around 5:30 p.m. on Monday, authorities said.

Although officers conducted a ground search and via helicopter, the rape suspect was not found.
