WHITE PLAINS, NY (WCBS 880) - Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino is set to give his second State of the County address on Thursday night.

In his speech, Astorino is expected to continue his pledge to promote tax relief, preserve essential services, and promote economic growth.
His speech is also expected to warn of rising costs and state-mandated expenses.
But he is expected to point out the good as well, like the decrease of the property tax levy and PepsiCo deciding to stay in Somers.
The address is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in White Plains.
